I'll be doing the prep work for the contractors to move the walls and doors and level the ceiling in the current live room (which will eventually be the new control room).
When that work is complete we'll reopen early January 2022. We will continue using the live room, as we know it, while the contractor move to the Breezeway (future live room). They are doing the heavy lifting. At completion I'll begin the process of finishing the wall and doing whatever it takes for us to start recording in there, hopefully early spring.
Once we start recording in the Breezeway, I will start the acoustic treatment in the new control room. So things can continue in the current control room and the new live room.

Once I've completed the acoustic treatment in the NEW control room ... which I'm guessing will take a few months, We'll then close the studio once again (sorry) for 2-3 weeks ... late spring early summer. That will mark the final transition. We'll move all the gear in the current control room to its new location.
We'll get everything working (trusting we will get everything working) with our current setup. When its functional, we'll use it for a month or so making sure we've worked out all the bugs.
Finally, late spring or early summer, the final step ... a visit from the Carl Tatz Design crew. They will install the PhantomFocus system in the new control room.
