Kevin is an experienced session player.  Keys, guitar and his core competency is Bass.  An arranger, producer and music producer.  Kevin’s servant spirit makes him a great fit at Realgrey.

Joel is an experienced keyboard and bass session player.  His classical mixing style is a perfect fit for the acoustic nature of many of our artists.  A trusted friend and dependable resource for post production.

Dom has been a “hired gun” since his high school days.  A well rounded guitar player and engineer.  He is currently finishing his degree in Music Technology at Kent State.

You know Ben from his Americana Rock band, Yankee Bravo.  He has joined the ranks as a Production Artist in residency.  Ben is a seasoned tracking, mixing and mastering engineer.

Broe, a friend of the ages, is a published songwriter, accomplished guitar player and insightful voice to arrangement and production.

A tracking and mixing engineer of old, Ron can often be found playing hammond and Keys.  He established Realgrey Recording in 2003.

Spencer is a creative writer,  electric guitar and acoustic player, Drummer & percussionist.  He plays out nightly which gives him helpful insight to the recording process.  He’s a reliable engineer and mixer.

John is a seasoned writer, producer, recording and mixing engineer.  John’s empathic perspective on serving artists has become a defining core of the studio ethos.  John is currently on sabbatical.

Adam is an exceptional percussionist/drummer and is interning at Realgrey to fulfill his Kent/Stark Music Technology Program requirements.

Jesse is a spirited recording artist, singer songwriter, arranger and producer.  He plays drums, keyboards, guitar and can occasionally be caught muttering in one of the 5 languages he speaks.

Anya is no stranger to the studio and the heart of its mission.  She’s a seasoned songwriter, fronts her band, Anya VanRose, has served as a session player on countless Recordings.  It’s been a natural progression for her to step into the role of Studio Manager.

Jake is a vocalist and a recent graduate from the Kent State University music technology program.  His level head and attention to detail is clear to see in his engineering efforts.

Callum has attended BYS since 13 years of age.  As a walk-on intern, has managed the studio gear section of our website. Talk about a gifted musician and composer as well.

Mark is in knee deep at Kent State and is honing his production, singer-songwriter, vocalist, skills while interning at the studio.

Alayna is interning through Malone University to meet the requirements of her degree in Music Technology. She is a recording artist with an interest in music business.

Hannah is interning with us to satisfy her field experience in Music Technology at Malone University.  A Singer songwriter, pianist and beautiful vocalist.

Conz is a graduate of the Stark State Music Technology program. He is an excellent Logic user, an experienced producer and mixer.

Associates degree Stark State in Music Technology. He plays bass, electric guitar and is an experienced tracking engineer and mixer.

Hunter joins us from The Berklee College of Music, Boston, where she is studying songwriting.  She is an experienced acoustic guitar and keyboard player.  Tells a solid dad joke too.

A long time friend of the studio and a walk-on intern, Dallas Baldwin is a skilled acoustic and electric guitar player, as well as an experienced producer and mixer.

Alex is a student at Jackson High School and well on his way to being an excellent recording engineer and mixer.

Davey is a student at Kent State University and is interning with us to complete his major in Music production and Music Technology.

Luke is a student at Malone University, and is interning at Realgrey to satisfy the requirement of his Music Technology degree.
